Convenient phonebook capability allows you to search, register and update information with just a touch of the screen.
Any way you decide to search for your customer information, it’s always easy and accurate.
Search by phone number: You can input just the last four digits, seven or even all ten digits to find the customer.
Search by name: Search by last name, first name or both.
Search by Customer ID or Invoice Number: You can search for your customer information by inputting the customer ID or just scanning the bar code on the invoice.
Find customer information automatically with the Caller ID function
Each customer may have up to three phone numbers registered under their name in the BeautyTouch. When your customers call from one of the three numbers registered, you will already be ready to schedule them in for an appointment before they even ask.
Convenient and easy customer registration with the Phonebook Data
After you have entered your customer’s phone number, touch the “Search Phone Book” button on the screen. You will then have a list of people around your store with the matching phone number. If you touch one of the names on the list, their name, phone number and address will automatically be registered into the system.
Easy entry and modifications of customer information
It is easy to enter and modify the customer’s information including the phone number, birthday, memo, invoice memo, pictures, and email address for marketing and appointment confirmation.
