The caller ID feature automatically searches the customer for appointment
The caller ID feature shows you which customer is calling and displays their information on the screen. You can then schedule their appointment by touching the box where the employee and the appointment time intersect.
Schedule appointments without using the Caller ID feature
You can schedule an appointment by touching the box where the employee and the time intersect. Then the customer search screen shows up. After searching the customer, you can put in the service the customer wishes to receive.
One Touch Item Input
The appointment for the service is scheduled as soon as you select the category of the service, and the actual service item.
Automatic service time input
When you choose the item or services your customer wishes to have done, BeautyTouch will automatically figure out the time it takes for the service and schedule accordingly. This service time is preset by the user in the Item Setup screen.
